JFeelgood is an independent mixed-media painter whose practice is built around the belief that a painting should carry the weight of the experience that made it. Working in acrylic, latex, epoxy resin, gold leaf, crackle medium, spray paint, and found materials on canvas and wood panel, his work moves between intimate portraiture, dreamlike landscape, and pure material exploration.

His paintings are personal in the way that good music is personal — specific enough to feel true, open enough to let you in. The artist's statement printed on the back of each Minicuration card is not a caption. It's a door.

The six works in the Minicuration collection span the breadth of his practice: from the resin-locked miniature in Sky Miles to the joint-compound texture of Sweet Dreams. Each was chosen because it earns its reduction to card scale.
