Shipping
Orders are processed and ship within 5–7 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Domestic (US) and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout via Stripe. International orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition to be eligible for a refund.
To initiate a return or exchange, email support@minicuration.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Print Quality Guarantee
Every Minicuration print leaves our hands in perfect condition. If your print arrives damaged — cracked case, bent card, or visible print defect — contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement at no charge.
