The original Sweet Dreams is acrylic on wood, joint compound, 24x36, painted in 2022. It is currently in the artist's studio and is not for sale.
A beautiful take away from creating this was just the tiny effort of acknowledging beauty or even the fondness for a familiar ensemble of shape, and how an immersive moment can bloom from that seed of time.
Bold graphic contrasts and emotional resonance make this work an essential minicuration centerpiece. The dramatic silhouette framed by stylized red-dotted trees creates powerful depth and contemplation, while the textured blue-gray sky and strategic color pops ensure this intimate moment commands attention in any curated space.
