Minicuration Artist Terms & Conditions

Guidelines for Artists Participating in Limited and Unlimited Edition Print Series

Welcome to Minicuration’s Terms and Conditions for artists participating in our curated print series. By collaborating with Minicuration, you join a platform dedicated to showcasing high-quality art from emerging and established artists worldwide. These guidelines outline the terms of your participation, covering artwork exclusivity, royalty structure, and marketing permissions to ensure a seamless experience that benefits both artists and collectors. Please review the terms carefully to understand your rights, responsibilities, and the opportunities available through our curated series.

By participating in a limited or unlimited edition art print series with Minicuration.com, you agree to the following terms:

Artwork Exclusivity: You understand that your original artwork will not be listed for sale on our website or any Minicuration platforms, except as a curated print series.

Pricing Authority: Minicuration retains the right to determine the price per card for your series.

Royalty Payment: You will receive 50% royalties on sales, beginning with the fourth sale of your series. Royalties will be paid out through Venmo or PayPal on a recurring basis after each additional sale.

Edition Type Limitation: Once an edition type (limited or unlimited) is selected for a specific artwork, you may not use the same artwork for another edition type.

Marketing Usage: By submitting your work, you grant Minicuration permission to use images of your submitted artwork for any marketing purposes related to promoting your edition series.

Exclusive Buyout Option: Minicuration manages all transactions for the entire edition series. However, if you wish to handle the sale of prints independently, you may purchase the entire edition series at 50% of the listed market price per print. For example, if each print is priced at $30 and there are 50 prints in the series, the buyout cost is $750. Upon this purchase, Minicuration will no longer retain the right to use the artwork for marketing purposes, and you may manage the series independently. Should you later wish to relist the prints with Minicuration, this will be subject to current terms and conditions.
